Great Valley Gridiron Club is a non-profit organization promoting and assisting student athletes participating in the Great Valley HS football program.  This support includes scholarships awarded to Great Valley High School football players

 

The IRS has granted tax exempt status to the Great Valley Gridiron Club.  Contributions to the Gridiron Club are tax deductible under section 170 of the Tax Code.  The Gridiron Club is also qualified to receive deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Tax Code.

The Great Valley Gridiron Club organization is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, fostering amateur sports competition, and the pursuit of student educational advancement under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Great Valley Gridiron Club does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit, incidental or otherwise.
Great Valley Gridiron Club membership is automatic to all parents of Great Valley Senior and Middle School students and interested past members.
